• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

• A physical or electronic signature.

6. Repeat Infringers

We have a strict policy against repeat infringers. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer, we may permanently terminate their account and take legal action if necessary.
