Infringement Policy

  1. Introduction

Our company is dedicated to upholding the principles of intellectual property rights and expects all users to do the same. This Infringement Policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright, trademark, or other forms of intellectual property infringements.

  1. Reporting Infringements

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please submit a notice of infringement to our designated agent. The notice should include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, or other intellectual property that has been infringed.
  • Sufficient evidence to substantiate your claim of infringement, such as links, screenshots, or any other relevant documentation.
  • Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  1. Review and Investigation

Upon receipt of a valid notice of infringement, we will promptly investigate the reported infringement. This may involve contacting the alleged infringer and providing them with an opportunity to respond to the allegations.

  1. Actions and Remedies

If the infringement claim is found to be valid, we will take appropriate actions, which may include:

  • Removing or disabling access to the infringing material.
  • Notifying the alleged infringer of the violation and requesting immediate cessation of the infringing activity.
  • Termination or suspension of the user account responsible for the infringement.
  1. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content has been wrongly accused of infringement and removed, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification should include:

  • Your contact information, including your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it was previously available.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts where your address is located, or where the alleged infringement took place.
  • A physical or electronic signature.
  1. Repeat Infringers

We have a strict policy against repeat infringers. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer, we may permanently terminate their account and take legal action if necessary.

  1. Disclaimer

While we make every effort to address and resolve infringement claims promptly and fairly, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or validity of the claims made by users. We encourage all parties involved to act in good faith and cooperate throughout the resolution process.
